Environmental Education is the provision of teachings about actions to compose in a collective or individual chain, the interest in sustainable development. The goal is to build and multiply on a large scale the community growth of minds involved with environmental aspects.

Aiming at the school as a learning center of education on ethical and moral principles, and in partnership with the Institute for the Preservation of the Atlantic Forest – IPMA, the Santo Antonio Group, through its Environmental Management department, invests in the development and implementation of environmental education projects in the schools of the region.

The Santo Antonio Ecological Reserve also has an Environmental Education Center which enables public and private schools in the municipality of São Luís do Quitunde/AL and surrounding municipalities to visit the reserve to experience a class in the field, thereby emphasizing the importance of protecting and conserving natural resources.
